Performance Rehab Outpatient Centers Rebranding as Elite Physical Therapy
Apr 11 |Performance Rehab, which operates five outpatient physical therapy centers in the Jackson area, is rebranding as Elite Physical Therapy beginning April 11.
This is the first step by parent company Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, Hummelstown, Pa., to consolidate its six Mississippi brands under the Elite banner by the end of the year.
Elite currently operates four outpatient centers in the greater Jackson market and six others elsewhere in Mississippi.
Performance co-founders Tanny Crawford and Meagen Mallett will serve as area managers. They have held those positions since Drayer acquired Performance in 2015.
Joining Elite are two fixtures in the Jackson community for the past 15-plus years each: Scot Huffman as regional vice president, and Marc Osborne, regional athletic training coordinator for the southern part of Mississippi.
Chad Barker, regional vice president for Drayer, said the goal is to create one strong, unified brand in the minds of patients and referral sources alike. Elite was chosen because it was the most representative name.
“From a clinical, academic and community-driven sense, we have an elite group of people working together,” Barker said.
Established in 2003, Performance has outpatient centers in:
- Brandon, 1220 Northshore Parkway, Suite B;
- Byram, 7213 Siwell Road, Suite A;
- Canton, 276 Nissan Parkway, Building F, Suite 400;
- Richland, 1201 Highway 49 South, Suite 2;
- Ridgeland, 950 East County Line Road, Suite D.
