BenchMark Physical Therapy Opens Second Outpatient Clinic in Kingston, TN

BenchMark Physical Therapy opened an outpatient clinic today at 1100 Ladd Landing Blvd., Suite 2. The clinic is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday; and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. BenchMark offers in-clinic and telehealth options for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, including manual therapy, injury prevention, return to performance, total joint replacement, concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation programs. Clinic director Nidhita Sharma earned a master’s degree in kinesiology from Mississippi State University and a doctor of physical therapy degree from Tuoro College, New York campus. Sharma is certified in trigger point dry needling. Her clinical interests include the management of orthopedic and neurological conditions and fall prevention and balance improvement in the geriatric population.
