BenchMark Physical Therapy Opens Clarksville, Tenn., Outpatient Clinic

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 28, 2020) – BenchMark Physical Therapy today opened an outpatient clinic at 1011 Winn Way, Suite 110.

The clinic offers outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, including manual therapy, injury prevention, return to performance, total joint replacement, concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation programs.

Appointments are available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The clinic can be reached at 931-368-9082.

Clarksville native Samantha Hart is the clinic director. She earned a doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a graduate of the Upstream Rehab Institute orthopedic residency program.

Hart is an orthopedic certified specialist, or OCS, placing her among the 5.1 percent of therapists in the United States who have earned the post-doctoral designation from the American Physical Therapy Association. The certification reflects advanced clinical knowledge, competence and skills in orthopedics.

Hart also is certified in trigger point dry needling and is a certified vestibular rehabilitation specialist. She has particular clinical interest in treating the lumbar and cervical spines.
