Our clinic is located at 600 Chastain Road NW suite 428 in Kennesaw GA. We are at the intersection of Chastain Road and George Busbee Parkway NW. We’re very close to Chick-fil-A, Taco Mac, and Five Guys. Our clinic is on the second floor of the strip mall and parking is around the back side along with our entrance.
