New Center Opening – Somerset, PA
Dec 17 |Drayer Physical Therapy Institute today opened an outpatient center in Somerset, Pa. The center, at 1606 N. Center Ave., Suite 170, operates from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and can be reached at 814-701-2564.
Somerset native Landon Wahl serves as clinic director. After graduating from Somerset High School in 2008, Wahl attended Gannon University in Erie, where he played baseball and earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a doctorate of physical therapy degree. For the past two and one-half years, Wahl has worked at Drayer’s outpatient center in Dillsburg, Pa. He completed a year-long orthopedic residency and became a board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy.
While Wahl specializes in rehabilitating conditions of the joints, muscles and spine, the center’s services include athletic training, concussion management, orthopedics, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, sports injuries, vestibular rehabilitation, and work and industry services.
Somerset is Drayer’s 34th center in Pennsylvania. Overall, Hummelstown, Pa.-based Drayer (drayerpt.com) owns or manages approximately 160 centers in 15 states and offers 24-hour access to care and works with all insurance types.
